TED stands for Technology Entertainment Design, and is an annual conference held in Monterey, California each year. From what I have heard it is pretty exclusive since they only allow 1,000 people to attend each year. TED2007 sold out a couple of months ago on February 14.
For the first time, this year a lot of the speakers were recorded and the videos are being posted online for everyone to see. They are really interesting and you can see what makes a great presentation. You can see one of the videos, Tony Robbins below. If you haven’t heard of him before he is huge in the life-coaching industry.
