After building up a substantial freelancing portfolio Ross Hill founded Thrive Web Marketing in July 2006 with the intention of bringing online users quality experiences through strong interaction design, simple interfaces and clear information architectures.
The Thrive team have over a decade of web design and development experience across a number of fields, including:

Ross Hill - Founder
Ross Hill has been making websites since 1999 and has grown a comprehensive knowledge of how the wide range of web technologies fit together to produce effective websites.
Ross is currently studying Entrepreneurship at RMIT in Melbourne, Australia, and is a member of VentureTribe - the networking group for young entrepreneurs.
When he isn't creating quality websites for happy customers he likes to make toys to make life easier, such as CoverHunt which is the easiest album cover artwork search engine online.
Tom McLean - Developer
Tom is the man behind a lot of the code here at Thrive. He is a standards nazi and has an intimate knowledge of PHP.
When he isn't coding websites he is probably playing his Nintendo Wii.
